Retirement Fund authority EPFO has decided to retain the interest rate on PF deposits at 8.75% p.a. This was the interest rate paid by the apex PF body to all its subscribers.

This is a great news for all employees who contribute to EPF every month as there were speculations that the interest rate might be reduced to 8.5% p.a as was the case in 2012-13.
