My son admitted in IIT Kanpur this year for which I paid Rs.70000/- as fee. Is this total fee is adjusted under VIA if my total 80(C) deduction under 100000/-including PF etc or there is some limit for tution fee.

 There is no limit on the tuition fees and you can utilize the entire 1,00,000 for this. The catch is that out of the total fees only Tuition Fees is eligible for exemption. So get a fee receipt from your son's institute and see what's the Tuition Fee component.You will also need to submit this receipt for IT return purpose.
