     Hi,

    You can find it either on your Form 16 or at the income tax site.
    Just enter your PAN number at the income tax site link below for your Jurisdiction Details:

    File your tax return online at www.taxyogi.com. It's faster, better and cheaper method of filing return. Moreover you can save lot of paper in this way. If you care for the environmen, go for online tax returns.
