Friends, I have seen various ads on newspaper which claims Finance of upto 300 Cr without collateral or guarantor. On digging further I find that you can get loans at a cheaper rate of 7% per annum which is very low as compared to any bank's prevailing interest rates. Further you will be paid the loan amount in draft while you will have to pay the EMI's through ECS.

Question is I think it is some form of black money to white conversion, but I am not sure how it is being done in this case. Also, is there any IT problems that I am going to land into if I avail such cheap funding.
