This year i have paid tax for rs2500. Now i have my medical bills and LTA (travel bills). Whlie filling tax returns, what is the procedure for claiming this amount. which form should i use to fill for Reimbursement regarding my tax.

 please help.

I dont think you can claim now as the bills need to be submitted to the employer before TDS deduction.
