    Salary Income + Professional Income

    I have income from two sources:

    1. Salary Income from Private ltd company - TDS deducted.

    2. LIC agent getting commission income - TDS deducted.

    which ITR form to fill for IT Returns for year Financial Year 2010-2011

     Hello,

        

    As per income tax guidelines, if an individual has both Salary and Commision income, he is supposse to file ITR-4 Form, because commission income is considered as Income from Profession or Business income
