How to confirm if the ITR is filed? Can I check this on the Income Tax Dept website?

 And, how do I get a ITR acknowledgment slip?

1. Go to https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/portal/index.do
2. Register or login with existing login id and password
3. Under"My account" you will see "E-filing processing status"
   
4. Pick the correct assessment year "2011 - 2012" for this year and it will show you the correct status

You will get ITR-V as soon as you upload your the XML generated from TaxYogi or anywhere else. You will also get it by email.
