    is it advisable to invest in ULIP for tax saving purpose which promises highest NAV 5% at the end of maturity

    The promise of highest NAV is a fraud. You should read about how they guarantee highest NAV. If you want to get good returns the best instrument is ELSS or Tax Saving Mutual Funds. NEVER invest in ULIPs
