if we give improtance to point # 2, 3, 4, then point # 1 becomes too much of burden and will eventualy laave the decision of buying house.
if we give importance point (factor) # 1, then particularly point (factor) # 4 needs to be comrpamised. but again we end up having more expenses having chosen the property away from commercial / hihg ways
is there devised calaulator, where we can arrive at figure to balance out these 4 factors.
other wise, if need to get satisfied with one points (factors), then we need to compramise on other points (factors)
