    after filling the return why I am not able to check out and generate my xml form

    Once you click on Print or e-file the XML will come to your inbox via email. Make sure you have provided the correct email ID. The email should come in a few minutes.

    It is more than half an hour, however the xml file is still to come.

    I have not receieved the XML file for over half hour either ! PLEASE HELP
