     Hi,

    I worked in a company for 2 months last year @ 25000/month, and gave 5000 as TDS.

    Now the HR people have mailed with FORM 16A , can anyone tell me how can I claim my refund, i don't have any other income source

     File yr IT Returns giving details of income, tds etc. It is quite simple on taxyogi.com.Refund will be paid, if applicable.

    Hi,

     I need a clarification.

    From Feb-2011 to Aug-2011 i have worked with a company AAAAAwith salary of  3 to 4 LPA.

    Later i resigned and joined in another company BBBBB with salary of  3 to 4 LPA.Im currently working with company BBBBB itself.

    So i have form16 issued by company AAAAA and recently i have form16 issued by company BBBBB.

    Now my doubt is

    1)Do i need to file TAX.

    2)If need to file how can i do now(in this May-2012) and whats the process.

     Please some one answer me ASAP..............

    For FY 2011-12 (AY 2012-13), if your taxable income for the year exceeds INR 180,0000 p.a., then you need to file your ITR using your 2 Form 16s. You can do it on www.taxyogi.com for FREE from May-End 2012 onwards.
