Railway budget 2015 is out. Railway Minister Mr. Suresh Prabhu has announced a ray of reforms and measures in this budget. How does it matter for a common man?   11. Un-reserved passengers can book tickets within 5 minutes.

  14. SMS alert service will be available to inform passengers of train timings.
  15. E-catering to be introduced in 108 trains, can order on IRCTC website.
