Our Review of DLF Stock

DLF went for a public issue in June, 2007. DLF ltd. is a big name in the construction industry. However, DLF suffered along with the realty index during the times of recession and is still facing the pressure.

If you would have invested in the stock on its public issue date, you would have invested at a level of 1020. The stock currently trades at about 7 times lesser than this level. Investors would have suffered heavy loss in this stock. For the short term, the stock could move up a bit but for the long term there aren’t many positives for this. At this juncture, you can avoid it. If you already hold it, you could wait for some more recovery and then sell it.
